Work has started on the Brindley Urban Village regeneration scheme in Smethwick, Sandwell. The ex industrial site has is being reclaimed for housing development and our enabling works contract includes; removal and crushing of existing slabs and foundations, extensive engineered earthworks to create development plateaus for housing development, treatment of contaminated soils and Section 278 & Section 38 highway works for existing road re-alignments, a new junction and new site accesses. Work is expected to be complete in May 2014.
