May 2011 - Coombs Wood Sports Pavilion, Halesowen for St Modwen Developments.

We have recently secured a £1.3m ‘design and construct’ contract for St Modwen Developments at Coombs Wood in Halesowen to build a new sports facility for Coombs Wood Sports and Social Club which includes cricket pitch, training nets, crown green bowling square and a new pavilion building. The scheme will involve substantial earthworks and land drainage, establishment of the special grassed cricket and bowls playing surfaces, car parking and fencing as well as the new pavilion building which houses changing rooms, toilets, bar, committee room and store rooms.
