Site Agent

Location: Midlands

Salary: £50-£60k

We are looking for experienced Site Agents to join our established Smart Motorway Alliance Team. Delivering high profile general civils and drainage work on the Emergency Area Retrofit programme across the Midlands the successful applicants will have extensive knowledge and experience of groundworks and highway drainage works, whilst leading and motivating teams working in a collaborative and fast paced environment. Our opportunities will be initially site based to cover work on the M1 in Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire as well as the M5 in Worcestershire.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, programming and resourcing.

• Health & Safety and Environmental compliance and best practice.

• Contract Budget and target programme - preparation and monitoring.

• Site Cost Control.

• Construction of the works to specified quality standards.

• Liaison with stakeholders and general public in a busy highway environment

• Compliance with contract particulars.

• Management of site staff, sub-contractors and operatives.

• Liaison with the Client’s Representative, Project Manager or Supervisor.

• Efficient utilisation and use of resources in carrying out your duties.

• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure all records are archived.
