Women in construction

We’re also committed to changing the gender balance in construction. Women make up 15% of the UK construction industry*, with approximately 2% working on-site. We’re determined to help shift those numbers and are actively recruiting more women into our team and working closely with clients, local authorities, and schools to show that construction is a place where everyone belongs.
