  • Bottom driven piles with welded connections to pile extension sections give full strength pile with watertight joints

  • Electronically controlled pre-set ‘driving’ and ‘set’ system which can be used in calculations to verify pile capacities. The drop hammer control can be pre-set to specified number of strokes or to operate at different heights

• Rotary cased or augered mini-piles to 300mm dia using powerful Klemm KR 704 ‘dual head’ mini rigs with separate electric power pack.
  
  
• Rotary cased or augered piles to 375mm dia drilled using Casagrande C6S & M9 rigs with ‘dual head’ system. Allows fully cased one-pass drilling through fills, granular, unstable or water bearing strata with rotary, down hole hammer, odex or auger equipment.
  
  
• Reinforced grout piles for stanchion and gantry bases.
  
  
• The mast kinematics and stability of these rigs also allow easy installation of angled piles and pile groups.
